2. Data Storage and Synchronization

2.1 Local Storage

• All user data is stored only within the user’s device storage by default.

2.2 iCloud Synchronization

• If the user enables iCloud sync, data is synchronized across devices exclusively via Apple’s iCloud service.
• Moments does not store or retain data on any external servers during this process.
• Enabling iCloud sync is entirely optional and controlled by the user.

3. Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties

Moments does not share users’ personal content (text, photos, audio, etc.) with third parties.
